Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Flowline ("we", "us"), including our automated instant lead follow-up service (the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Flowline sets up and operates an automated system that sends a prompt text message reply to new leads that come in through your existing lead sources, then delivers those lead details to you. We configure, connect, and maintain the system for you.

2. Fees and billing

The Service is billed as a one time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, and changes, as quoted to you. The monthly fee is billed in advance and is month to month with no long term contract. Fees are non refundable except where required by law.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel the monthly Service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation we stop the automated replies and disconnect the system from your lead sources.

4. No guaranteed results

The Service is a tool that helps you respond to leads faster. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, jobs, revenue, or business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your lead volume, pricing, and how you follow up.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for following up with leads we deliver to you, and for complying with all laws that apply to your business, including laws governing text messaging and marketing communications. You confirm you have the right to contact the leads that flow through your sources.

6. Messaging and third party services

The Service sends text messages through third party providers and may rely on other third party tools. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your leads.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, our software, and our configurations. You retain all rights to your own business content and your lead data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end the Service if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. We may also end the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business operates.
